Book your no obligation, fixed fee probate quotation consultation
In addition to the free 20 minute consultation with a probate solicitor we can offer a fixed fee probate service. This service is not provided by solicitors, it is provided by qualified probate specialists who are regulated by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (‘CLC’)*. If you need probate help we will provide an initial free consultation to answer any questions that you may have and provide you with a no obligation, fixed fee quote for probate management services.
The specialist will take the time to speak with you and learn about the details of the estate and will ask questions like “Is there a Will?”, “Does the estate include property?” and “Is there a surviving spouse?”. When you book your consultation we will send you a list of questions the probate specialist is likely to ask so you can be fully prepared for your consultation. These questions will help to provide you with a clear, written fixed fee quote based on the composition of the estate.
What the fixed fee covers will depend on your requirements but we can offer a variety of solutions ranging from ‘grant only’ to ‘full estate administration’.
Whatever option you take the Fixed Fee Service comes with a 24 / 7 online client portal. This provides a high level summary of the progress of the administration.
With our probate specialists you are in safe hands. They are experienced, empathetic and understand that every probate is different. They will go that extra mile to ensure that the estate is dealt with efficiently and you and your family receive your inheritance quickly.
*Please note, This service relates to standard probate only and is not available for disputed probate.
Following your telephone consultation you will receive a detailed and transparent price based on your probate needs.
The Background Behind The Probate Network
The Probate Network is a network of regulated Probate specialists across the UK who are either willing to offer some initial free advice or fixed fee probate and, who have a proven track record of providing a high standard of client care at a fair price.
The Probate Network was launched to provide people needing probate advice with an option to talk to a local probate practitioner (for free) to ask some initial questions and to obtain an idea of the cost of probate services. It was the personal experience of the Founder Julie Draper who, following the death of her father, found finding a probate advisor an unsatisfactory experience. After trying to seek probate advice from local firms she found that many advisors would only talk when their “very expensive” meter was running and she felt a distinct lack of compassion, at a very difficult time of grief.
This is not typical of all probate practitioners and probate specialists with The Probate Network are both compassionate and fair. The free quotation consultation is important because it will enable people going through the probate process to obtain three crucial pieces of information; an initial assessment of needs based on their specific circumstances, an idea of likely costs of professional probate assistance (if required) and the chance to assess if the probate practitioner is someone you can work with. Probate can be an emotional, sometimes complex, journey and it is important to have a good professional rapport with your advisors.

No obligation, no catch, just fair transparent pricing and exceptional levels of client care.
